Moves such as Forward air, down tilt, up air, and dash attack have been completely changed. Mario was developed with having an original moveset in mind, but still comparable to his former self in traditional smash games.
The Doc will be available in Project Sandbag, Project Melee: Flash Edition, Temp64's mod pack, and possibly and XP fighter down the line. Minty Fresh, which was done over the period of 9 months, starting in March 2018.
